This hour-long class is designed to awaken the body from head to toe, and boost your everyday movement. It's a fun way to learn the functions of the body while practicing yoga poses. This class incorporates Franklin Method® techniques for creating body awareness, which strengthens the body and releases excess tension.
Perfect class for all levels, ages and body types, including those individuals who are rehabilitating.
