The coolness of Autumn is upon the Pacific Northwest. The nights are longer, the days are cooler, and we have rain! Whether transitioning seasons, life events or transitioning through different physical movement, it's important to take the time to notice. Notice the feelings in your body, mind and spirit. Maybe the noticing will encourage beneficial adjustments to make life all the more delightful.
I love this image by Eric Franklin of the Franklin Method®. The image is so vibrant. You can feel the wind gently blowing the the spine into an effortless posture. But I also love the transition from the subtle slouch in the posture, to the implementation of some wind, and then the effortless outcome. Noticing these subtle shifts is what it means to notice the transitions.
